Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing an Online Class or Seminar.

By checking the "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows" button you agree to the terms of this agreement for any purchases made for an Illinois Shotokan Karate Clubs Online Class or Seminar. 

TERMS

 

1. Intellectual Property: All Intellectual Property Rights in the Class/Seminar Courses and the speeches made by instructors within the Online Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of Illinois Shotokan Karate Clubs. Upon purchase, you agree that you will not copy or share Illinois Shotokan Karate Online classes/seminars or your account login information, with anyone outside of your own household. If we find that you have been sharing copyrighted content to others who have not purchased the content, Illinois Shotokan Karate has the right to cancel your account and no refunds will be given. 

You are not authorized to:

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission;

(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given

(iii) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;

(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of Illinois Shotokan Karate, Inc. on the Course Materials.

 

2. Expectations: We expect you to confirm that the Courses you are purchasing will meet your needs.  We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result from your purchase and completion of any classes or seminars.

 

3. PURCHASES:  If you have purchased an Online Course and have already accessed all or part of the Online Course and/or started to use that Online Course then no refunds will be given. Fees for the Classes or Seminars purchases shall be debited from your credit / debit card at the time of purchase.  

4. FEES: Illinois Shotokan Karate, Inc. is not responsible for any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of Classes or Seminars. 

5. LIABILITY: I hereby for myself, my executor(s), my heirs, forever and always agree to save and hold harmless the Illinois Shotokan Booster Club, the Illinois Shotokan Karate, Inc., instructors, or injury I may sustain from, participating in, or other direct or indirect involvement in said online class or seminar I have purchased.

Heian Nidan Kata Seminar

Join Sensei Mertel as he leads you an instructional seminar to improve your Heian Nidan!
